Pearl Jam has been performing live for 25 years, has released ten studio albums and sold over 60 million albums worldwide.
But when these musicians aren’t rocking out, they’re encouraging activism, raising awareness and giving back to the causes they believe in. Through Pearl Jam’s Vitalogy Foundation, each member of the band chooses causes that are close to their heart, and each concert played becomes a fundraising event, contributing $3 from each ticket sold to the Foundation.
Making an Impact Together
War Child is extremely thankful to be among the beneficiaries of the Foundation, and in particular to drummer Matt Cameron for choosing War Child as one of his charitable picks. Since 2013, the Foundation has donated over $150,000 to War Child. This year their generous gift of $50,000 will positively impact the lives of thousands of war-affected children.
Join Matt Cameron and Take a Stand for Childhood
This holiday season, Matt Cameron is asking YOU to take a stand for the nearly 25 million children worldwide living with the impact of war. #BiteTheBullet and donate today. Their childhood can’t wait.
Pearl Jam & Temple of the Dog members Jeff Ament, Mike McCready, Matt Cameron, Chris Cornell & Stone Gossard stand up for childhood at Temple of the Dog’s 25th anniversary reunion concert.
